Shipping policy

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for all orders $100 and over. If the total of the order is under $100, the shipping charge is approximately $4.90.


Handling Time, Transit Time, and Order Cut-off Time for the United States

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order. 

  • Handling time 1-2 Days ( Monday – Friday )
  • Transit time 3-5 Days ( Monday – Friday )
  • 99% of all orders ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM
  • Order Cut-off Time 2:00 PM. Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00).


We make every effort to ship all orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.


All shipping times are subject to weather delays. DotykUSA is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather.

DotykUSA doesn’t charge sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates in effect and these rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges, if applicable, may also be subject to sales tax in certain states. Our products are included with tax.
